Reproduction Of Images

No image can be reproduced,downloaded or printed from this website.
It is an infringement of 'COPYRIGHT' and any such act will be persued through the law courts.
All images are covered by 'copyright' law both nationally and internationally.

Copyright Credit

The right to a credit is asserted in accordance with sections 77 &78 of the Copyright Designs & Patents act 1988.
A credit is important if any picture is reproduced,omits of the copyright notice the reproduction fee payable by the client shall be subject to an increase of 100%.

No cropping,addition to deletion from or alteration to or adaptation of a picture may be made without written permission of S.E.Rowse.

In the case of printed publications two copies of the relevant pages containing the picture are to be sent to S.E.Rowse free of charge within two weeks of publication.

Model & Property Releases

S.E.Rowse photography gives no warranties whatsoever as to the existence of any RELEASE associated with the image.
S.E.Rowse photography gives no warranties whatsoever with respect to the use of logos.trademarks,uniforms or names registered or copyrighted designs or works of art in the image.
You must satisfy yourself that all necessary rights,consents or permissions as may be required for reproduction of the image have been secured.
